- The Sportster is a fine modem if you are connecting to USR on the other end.
- As far as tech support is concerned it has improved lately. For instance in
- December I returned my Sportster for repair(THE THIRD TIME!!!) and USR turned
- it around in UNDER 24 hours and returned it to me by 1 day air! The person I
- spoke to on the other end was very helpful THIS TIME.
- WATCHOUT FOR DIEHARD PRO USR FANATICS!
